Ingredients

for 4 servings
2 Mozzarella balls (125 grams each)
12 Anchovy fillets
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt
freshly ground Pepper
10 sprigs Parsley

Preparation steps

Drain mozzarella and cut into 12 slices. Arrange on small plates.

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Pat dry the anchovy fillets.  Roll anchovies, place on the mozzarella and insert parsley sprigs in the anchovies. Serve.
