1 package
chilled Fresh dough (400 grams) (approximately 14 ounces)
Pastry flour (for dusting)
36
blanched almonds
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C, gas mark 3-4) (approximately 400°F.

2.

Divide each package of cookie dough into 12 thin slices then shape each slice into a thin strand. Place each vanilla strand next to a chocolate strand then roll into swirls. 

3.

Arrange on a baking sheet. 

4.

Press 1 almond in the center of each cookie and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
