- 5 ⅓ cups Sweet potato
- ⅞ cup hot milk
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsps butter
- lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the sweet potatoes in salt water for around 30 minutes. Then peel them, add the milk, syrup and butter and mash until creamy. If necessary add a little more milk. Season with salt, lemon juice and ground black pepper to taste.
