500 grams Strawberries
2 ripe Mangoes
1 lemon
500 grams jam sugar (2: 1)
1 pc fresh ginger

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries, pat dry and cut in half, depending on size. Peel mangoes, remove flesh from core and chop finely. Squeeze lemon and mix everything well with the jam sugar. Leave everything for 30 minutes until some juice has formed.

2.

Beat the fruit mixture with a hand mixer. Peel  ginger, grate finely and add into fruit mixture. Place everything in a pot and bring to a boil. Let bubble one minute. Pour hot jam immediately into clean, sanitized jars.
