Preparation steps

Peel the mango, remove the fruit from the stone, and finely dice. Place the mango in the freezer for 20 minutes. Rinse, trim, and dry the arugula. Peel and slice the banana. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and the lemon. Add the juices to a blender with the panana, and puree completely. Add the arugula, honey, yogurt, and mango and puree completely. If too thick, you can thin the smoothie with a little cold water. Pour the smoothie into glasses, and serve.
