For the frozen yogurt
1 Lime
100 grams sugar
100 milliliters water
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
400 grams Mangoes
For the garnish
Lemon balm

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, peel and squeeze the lime.

2.

Mix the sugar, lime zest and juice, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring for about 3 minutes. Simmer, then remove.

Mince the mango and puree finely with the sugar water, then mix with the yogurt.

4.

Pour the mixture into a shallow metal bowl, put in the freezer and allow to freeze. Each 30 minutes, stir well with a fork. 

5.

Form the frozen yogurt with an ice cream scoop into balls and serve in chilled mugs.
