- 400 grams Linguine
- salt
- 2 Pear
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Red chili pepper
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley and thyme)
- lemon juice
- shaved pecorino romano (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the linguine in salted water until al dente.
Peel the pears, halve, remove the core and cut into thin columns. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Rinse, clean and chop the red chili pepper. Sauté together in hot oil.
2.
Deglaze the pan with the white wine and then add the honey and herbs. Season with lemon juice and salt to taste and sitr in the drained linguine. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with grated pecorino, if desired.
