2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 can chickpeas (280 g)
1 large lemon (juiced)
2 tsps dried herbes de Provence
Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps

Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel the onion and garlic. Finely dice the onion. Heat the onion in a pan, and sauté the onions. Pass the garlic through a press, and sauté briefly. Drain the chickpeas thoroughly, add to the pan, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Mix in the lemon juice, herbs de provence, and a large pinch of chili flakes. Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
