Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.

Rinse, trim and slice the scallions. Rinse the chilies, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds and white ribs and finely chop. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the scallions, chilies and garlic until tender, 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the wine and add the shredded crabmeat and chives, season with salt and pepper.
