- 4 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

Boil water and sugar and mix with the lime and lemon juice. Place in the freezer about 2 - 3 hours.

Stir vigorously every 30 minutes. Or freeze to a smooth granita in an ice cream machine. Garnish with lime slices and serve.
