Preparation steps

Rinse 2 limes with hot water and finely grate the peel. Squeeze all of the limes (about 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) of juice). Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml (approximately 1 2/3 cups) of warm water. Add the lemon juice and zest.

Pour into a bowl and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every hour (or finish in an ice cream machine). Spoon the granita into glasses and serve garnished with mint.
