Preparation steps

Rinse 3 limes in hot water, wipe dry, and finely grate zest. Juice all the limes. Dissolve the sugar in 400 ml (approximately 1 1/2 cups) of warm water. Add the lime juice. Place the lime mixture in a bowl fill and freeze for 4 hours, stirring every hour.

To serve, spoon into dessert glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
