- 400 milliliters white wine
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 stalks mint
- Lime wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the limes and finely grate the zest of two. Squeeze the juice from the limes until you have about 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup). Mix the lime juice with the wine, powdered sugar and lime zest. Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and freeze for 3-4 hours, scraping with a fork about every 30 minutes.

Rinse the mint, pat dry, remove the leaves and coarsely chop. Stir the chopped mint into the granita, scoop into serving glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
