1 Mini food processor, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 2 Einweckgläser oder canning jars (à 175 ml Inhalt), 1 Grater, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

Heat the grill.

Mix together the lime juice and olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Brush the tuna steaks with the vegetable oil and grill for 1 minute on each side for medium rare or longer until cooked to your liking Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Arrange the cucumber slices and the orange segments on serving plates and place a tuna steak on each one. Sprinkle with the diced onions and drizzle with the lime dressing. Serve garnished with basil leaves and lime wedges.
