Mix together the garlic, lemon juice, paprika and 4 tbsp oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper and brush onto the meat. Leave to marinated for around 20 min.
Preheat the grill to hot.
Mix together the lettuce, spring onions and the dill. Mix together 4 tbsp oil with the vinegar and season with salt and ground black pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Skewer the meat onto kebab sticks and grill for around 8 min, turning occasionally. Arrange the salad in bowls and place the kebabs on top. Serve immediately.
