- 8 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 100 grams Glass noodles
- 200 grams shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 200 grams Mung bean sprouts (from a jar)
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps

Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry, place a kitchen cloth over lettuce and gently roll with a rolling pin so that leaves will roll more easily later. Add glass noodles to hot water and let sit for about 10 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Fry shrimp in hot oil for about 4 minutes. Remove shrimp from heat and let cool.

Mix glass noodles, beans sprouts and cilantro leaves in a bowl. Season with chili sauce and soy sauce. Spread on leaves of lettuce. Add shrimp on top of noodles. Fold in ends of lettuce and roll. Serve immediately with a curry dip.
