- 12 Lettuce
- 400 grams turkey breasts
- 150 grams Rice noodles
- 2 Star fruit
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- ½ bunch cilantro
- ½ bunch mint
- cayenne pepper
- Light soy sauce
- Chili sauce

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch lettuce leaves in boiling salted water. Rinse and drain.
2.
Cook rice noodles according to package specification and drain.
3.
Wash turkey breast, pat dry and cut into strips.
4.
Wash star fruit, slice, then cut into strips.
5.
Cut mint and coriander into strips.
6.
Boil the turkey meat in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from heat, season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Allow to cool slightly, then mix with Karambolenstreifen and noodles. Season with herbs and soy sauce.
7.
Lay lettuce leaves and place some of the filling in each. Grab one side of the lettuce leaves and roll. Serve with dipping sauce and add chili sauce to taste.
