6 fresh lemons
300 grams sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse 2 lemons in hot water and cut off peel thinly.

2.

Squeeze juice from all lemons.

3.

Dissolve sugar in 400 ml (approximately 1 2/3 cups) of lukewarm water.

4.

Add lemon juice.

5.

Pour into a bowl fill and put in the freezer.

6.

Freeze for 4 hours and stir every hour. 

7.

Alternatively, use ice cream machine.

8.

Cut lemon peel into thin strips.

9.

Garnish finished sorbet with lemon zest and serve.
