- 1 ½ kilograms Turkey thigh
- 1 handful fresh oregano
- 4 garlic cloves
- salt
- Steak seasoning
- 1 whole lemon
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Rinse the turkey thighs, pat dry and place in a roasting pan. Rinse the oregano, pat dry, remove the leaves and chop finely. Peel and mince the garlic and combine it with the chopped oregano. Rub the turkey legs with the garlic-oregano mixture and season with salt and steak seasoning. Cut the lemon in half and sqeeze the juice over the turkey. Add the lemon halves to the pan. Cook for 2.5 hours.
