- 1 cup canned Tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 sprigs oregano
- salt
- cayenne pepper

2 Small pots, 1 Bowl, 1 Large knife, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Small bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Fine grater, 1 Teaspoon
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the tomatoes, vinegar, honey, 2-3 tbsp of water and the olive oil.
2.
Remove the oregano leaves from the stems. Reserve a few for garnishing. Finely chop the rest and mix in with the vinaigrette.
3.
Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
4.
Garnish with the reserved oregano leaves.
