Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry and finely grate zest. Squeeze juice from lemon. Peel ginger and chop into large pieces.

Add lemon zest, lemon juice, lemongrass leaves and ginger in a bottle and cover with apple cider vinegar. Seal bottle. Let rest for 2 weeks before serving.
