- 1 Tbsp honey
- 125 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 generous pinch mustard powder
- 6 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- Sea salt

Preparation steps

Wash the lemons in hot water, and peel the zest of one. Squeeze the juice from both lemons.
2.
Mix the juice with the honey, zest, vinegar, mustard powder, and oil. Season with sea salt, and adjust other seasonings as necessary.
