2 Tbsps herb oil
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop. Mix basil in a bowl with yogurt, lime juice, herb oil and honey. Add some water as needed to reach desired consistency.

2.

If desired, pour through a sieve and season with salt, lime juice and white pepper.
