400 milliliters Buttermilk (kefir)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 sprig Lemon balm
1 tablespoon Sugar (at will)
2 Straws

Preparation steps

Step 1/2

Rinse the lemon, pluck off the leaves and set a pair aside. Pour the remaining leaves with the sugar and the lemon juice into a mortar and pound. Mix with buttermilk and fill through a sieve into glasses.

Garnish with straws and lemon balm.
