1 sprig Lemon balm
1 Tbsp sugar (at will)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemon, pluck off the leaves and set a pair aside. Pour the remaining leaves with the sugar and the lemon juice into a mortar and pound. Mix with buttermilk and fill through a sieve into glasses.
