Milk (goat)

Preparation steps

1.

Combine about 100 ml (approximately  1/2 cup) of milk with cornstarch, mix well. Combine remaiing milk with honey and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add cornstarch milk and simmer until light and creamy. stirring. Pour into four small glasses. Chop pistachios coarsely and sprinkle on the top. Cool and serve.
