250 grams Chard leaf (substitute baby spinach)
300 grams Strawberries
100 grams Blue cheese
2 Tbsps Canola oil
3 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
1 Tbsp pink peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chard and spin dry. Rinse strawberries, pat dry, core and cut into halves or quarters depending upon size. Crumble bleu cheese cubes. Add half the cheese and half the strawberries into a blender with 1 to 2 tablespoons cold water, oil and vinegar. Mix to form dressing. Crush peppercorns with a mortar and pestle and add to dressing. Season with salt.

Arrange chard on a plate with remaining strawberries. Drizzle dressing over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
