Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Dice the bacon finely. Cut the leaves from 3 sprigs of sage into strips. Cut the bell peppers in half, cut out the stalk, rinse, remove the seeds and ribs, and cut into diamonds.

2.

Cook the lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with 2 tablespoons oil. Lay each lasagna noodle on a chopping board and cut into 4 equal pieces.

Fry the bacon until crisp in a pan in remaining oil and butter.

3.

Add the onions, sage and bell peppers to the bacon, and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the lasagna noodles, stir in the paprika, season with salt and pepper, and fry for another 2 minutes. Spread the lasagna on plates, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with the remaining sage leaves.
