200 grams Blue cheese (such as Gorgonzola)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps Canola oil

Preparation steps

Toast nuts in a dry frying pan, then drizzle with maple syrup and caramelize slightly. Arrange on a sheet of baking paper and let cool slightly.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce and arrange on four plates. Dice cheese and sprinkle over the salad. Whisk lemon juice with vinegar, oil, and 1-2 tablespoons of oil, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with the dressing and sprinkle with walnuts. Serve immediately.
