150 grams finely chopped Mangoes
½ Red chili pepper
1 generous pinch Cumin
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 generous pinch Nutmeg
4 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse chile, remove the seeds and finely chop.

2.

Mix meat with spices, chile, rice, mango pulp and egg to a dough and season with salt and pepper. Form small balls and cook in portions in hot oil on all sides for 8 minutes. Serve.
