1 Tbsp chopped rosemary
100 grams breadcrumbs

Preparation steps

1.

Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix garlic in a bowl with ground lamb, egg, rosemary and some breadcrumbs, knead to create a malleable meat mixture and season with salt and pepper. Shape lamb mixture into small meatballs and turn in remaining breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry meatballs for 5-6 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown.

3.

Drain on paper towel and serve garnished, if desired, with rosemary.
