- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 5 ⅓ cups lamb (shoulder, trimmed, chopped into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps tomato puree
- 1 ⅔ cups light beer
- 2 cups Green beans
- ⅔ cup dried Apricot (sliced)
- ground Caraway

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lamb all over. Add the onions and fry until golden brown.
2.
Stir in the tomato purée, pour on the beer and simmer gently for approx. 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add a little more beer if necessary.
3.
Blanch the beans in boiling salted water for approx. 8 minutes. Drain, dip into cold water and drain.
4.
Add the apricots and beans approx. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season the goulash with salt, ground pepper and caraway and serve.
