1 cup freshly squeezed, organic lemon juice
¾ cup St. Germain liqueur
1 ⅛ cups good-quality, sweet sherry
3 cups Sazerac rye whiskey
1 ½ cups organic Pear juice
3 cups good-quality Champagne (or prosecco)
10 dashes Orange bitters
3 lemons
2 Pear
5 mint
1 cup mixed, seasonal Berry
Ice (to serve)

Preparation steps

In a punch bowl, mix lemon juice, St. Germain, sherry, rye, pear juice, Champagne or Prosecco and bitters. Garnish with lemon, pear, mint, berries and ice. Serve.
