Limes (juiced)
Lime wedge (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Set aside a few of the berries for the garnish and place the rest of them in a small pan with the sugar and lime juice.
2.
Heat very gently until the berries have released their juices and the sugar has dissolved then strain through a fine sieve and let cool.
3.
Divide the juice between four glasses, top with soda water and garnish with the reserved berries and the lime slices.
