- 200 grams Alphabet noodle
- 125 grams cooked ham (finely diced)
- 100 grams Peas
- 125 grams carrots (finely diced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 grams cream cheese
- 3 Tbsps Whipped cream

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and rinse.
2.
Sauté carrots and peas in 2 tablespoons olive oil for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
3.
Mix cream cheese with heavy cream and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
4.
Mix 2 tablespoons lemon juice with sugar and 3 tablespoons olive oil, toss with pasta and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit a few minutes.
5.
To serve, spread pasta salad on a plate and top with a dollop of cream cheese dressing.
