- 2 onions
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 200 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
- salt

Preparation steps

Drain the beans in a colander. Peel and finely chop the onions. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Mix in the beans, broth, cumin, and coriander. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Mix well, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
