Preparation steps
Clean, wash and finely chop the broccoli in a mixer or food processor. Mix eggs with cheese, psyllium, oregano, salt and pepper thoroughly and let it swell for 10 minutes. Then mix the egg mixture with broccoli. Spread the broccoli mixture on two baking sheets covered with baking paper to form 4 thin flat cakes and pre-bake in a preheated oven at 390 °F for 12-15 minutes.
Meanwhile peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash basil, shake dry, put some leaves aside; chop the rest. Heat the oil in a small pot. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes at medium heat. Add the tomatoes and basil and simmer the sauce over a low heat for 5 minutes. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
At the same time, wash the chillies, cut them into rings and remove the seeds as desired. Clean and wash the zucchini and slice lengthwise into thin slices.
Spread the tomato sauce on the flat cakes. Chop the mozzarella into small pieces and spread on the pizza. Place chilli rings, zucchini and lemon peel on each flat, salt and pepper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the basil leaves on the pizza.
