Italian Seafood Salad

Rinse the squid, pat dry and cut into rings. Drain the mussels and rinse the clams thoroughly. Rinse the crab meat and pat dry. Add water with bay leaf in a large pot. Peel the garlic and onions, cut into rings, halve the garlic and place both in the broth. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Cook the squid in it for 4 minutes, remove and let cool.
Add the clams into the broth and boil until the shells open. Remove the mussel meat from the shells and mix with shrimp and squid. Add the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and add the olive oil. Lay lettuce leaves on a plate, add the seafood, drizzle with the marinade and leave for 1 hour. Rinse the parsley, finely chop and sprinkle on top. Cut the lemon into slices for garnish. Serve.
