- 3 cups Baby carrots
- 2 Red onions (quartered)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Sweet potato (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 16 ozs sweet, italian Sausage
- 1 ⅔ cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups canned Diced tomatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp peppers
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsps fresh rosemary (chopped)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of the fresh rosemary in a 3-4 quart crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until vegetables are tender.
2.
Sprinkle with remaining fresh rosemary and serve.
