- 2 ¼ cups soft Cheese (fresh)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley... )
- ½ cup chopped Walnut
- 7 ozs Lasagne noodle
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the lasagne in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain well.

Heat the oil and sweat the onion and garlic until soft. Mix with the soft cheese, herbs, nuts and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Grease 1 large baking dish or 4 small ramekins (cut circles out of the lasagne if using ramekins) and fill with alternate layers of the cheese mixture and lasagne.
4.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C | 350F | gas 4 for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with herbs of your choice.
