2 Mangoes (flesh diced)
1 ¾ cups Yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
Rose water
Cardamom

Preparation steps

1.
Puree together the mangos, yogurt, a little water, the sugar, some drops of rose water and a pinch of cardamom.
2.
Add water until the desired consistency has been reached (approx. 500-600 ml) and mix until foamy. Serve in chilled glasses.
