Banana (chopped)

Yogurt (10 % fat)

1 teaspoon
Cardamom (ground)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the yoghurt, 200 ml water, the mango and banana into a blender and blend to a puree. Blend in the lemon juice, cardamom, honey and ice cubes.

Pour into glasses and serve.
