- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 unwaxed lemon (juice and finely grated zest)
- 18 ozs Watermelon (flesh)
- 7 ozs plain Yogurt
- 5 ozs Cantaloupe (flesh)
- 1 Lime (juice)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the sugar, water and lemon juice in a pan until the sugar has dissolved, then leave to cool.
2.
Puree the watermelon flesh in a food processor or blender. Stir in the seeds and 3/4 of the sugar syrup and put into ice lolly moulds. Freeze for 1 hour, then insert wooden sticks and freeze for a further 1 hour.
3.
Mix together the yoghurt and lemon zest and stir 3-4 tablespoons of the sugar syrup. Divide between in the moulds and freeze for 1 hour.
4.
Puree the cantaloupe flesh with the lime juice and the remaining syrup.
5.
Divide between the moulds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
