small honeydew melon (halved, deseeded and roughly chopped)

- 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup
Sparkling mineral water
- Melon Ball (scooped out using a melon baller and threaded onto wooden skewers)
- fresh Mint leaves
Place the melon, syrup, lime juice and 4 ice cubes in a blender and blend thoroughly.
Divide between two glasses and add the remaining ice cubes.
Top up with mineral water.
Garnish with the melon ball skewers and mint leaves.
