1 bunch Radish
Beans (1 can each of black and green)
3 Tbsps White vinegar
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp Mustard
salt
peppers
½ bunch Chives
150 grams raw ham (thinly sliced)
1 Iceberg lettuce

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and cut into rings. Rinse and slice radishes. Rinse iceberg lettuce and separate into individual leaves. Transfer to a bowl. Drain beans well and mix with radishes and onions.

To make dressing: Whisk together vinegar, oil and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Place lettuce leaves on plates and top with bean and radish mixture. Drizzle each serving with dressing. Just before serving, snip chives into thin rings and sprinkle on salads. Garnish with ham slices.
