2 kilograms baby Broad bean (in their shells)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsps olive oil
juice of a Limes
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 large Tomatoes
100 grams cooked ham (cubed)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the beans from their shells.

2.

Blanch the beans in salted water for about 4 minutes, then drain.

3.

Combine the oil with the vinegar and lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the beans.

4.

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, rinse cold, peel, quarter, remove the cores and cut the flesh into cubes. Mix into the beans along with the ham.

Transfer to bowls and serve.
