- 350 grams thick Beans (Without pods)
- 100 grams sun-dried Tomatoes
- 80 grams Artichoke hearts (canned)
- ½ lemon
- 120 grams air-dried ham
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 30 milliliters Canola oil
- 30 milliliters olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well, squeeze between thumb and forefinger until hard shells burst and can be removed.
2.
Cut sun-dried tomatoes into strips. Drain artichokes in a colander and cut hearts into quarters. Rinse lemon, grate zest and squeeze juice. Cut ham into small cubes. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and chop coarsely. Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and mustard, whisk in canola oil and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Mix all prepared ingredients and serve in bowls.
