Preparation steps

1.

1.  Cut the top of the orange with a small, sharp, kitchen knife. Cut off the peel, making sure to remove all of the white inner skin.

2. Cut over a bowl to collect the juice. Cut along the sides of each segment, against the membrane.

3. Turn the knife and remove each segment from the membrane.

4.

Place the segments in a bowl and squeeze the remaining juice from the orange membrane.
