1 tsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1 Measuring cups, 2 Small pots, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Milk frother (optional), 1 Tablespoon, 1 Sieve

Combine the Ceylon cinnamon, black tea, cardamom, and 1 3/4 cups of water in a small pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the milk in another pot. Whisk in the cocoa, then beat the mixture with a milk frother or a whisk until foamy.
