- 1 Tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 400 grams green Beans
- ½ organic lemon (zest)
- 1 Tbsp butter
Preparation steps

For the chicken: Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. In a bowl, stir the honey with the oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush the honey mixture over the chicken. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes, while continuing to brush the honey mixture on the chicken.

For the beans: Rinse and trim the beans. Blanch in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 6 minutes. Drain the beans. Toss the beans with the butter and lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
For serving: Slice the chicken breasts into diagonal slices. Serve the chicken on plates with the beans. Serve with tomato chutney if desired.
