- 3 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 3 rosemary
- 6 Tbsps honey
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- rosemary (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat a convection oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
2.
Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and season with salt and white pepper. Coat with the oil, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes.
3.
Rinse the rosemary, dry, and remove the leaves. Finely chop, then mix with the honey and lime juice.
4.
After 20 minutes, switch the oven from convection to conventional heating. Brush the chicken legs with the honey mixture and bake another 10-15 minutes.
5.
Garnish with sprigs of rosemary, and serve.
